Privacy and event inquiries

When you request speaking or training, The Brent Lab collects the contact and event details you enter, including your name, email, organization, preferred date, format, and message. This information is stored with the website and used to review your request and respond.

Brent can access these requests through the site’s protected owner tools. Requests are not published on the website. Please do not include payment information, passwords, private student information, or other sensitive material.

The availability calendar shows possible request times based on free/busy information. It does not display private event titles or descriptions. A request does not confirm a reservation or create a Google Calendar event.

Website infrastructure providers process technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Email you choose to send separately is handled by the relevant email providers. For questions about an inquiry or to request its deletion, contact brent@thebrentlab.com.
